my knees hurt. just came back from training. training today wasn't that bad. there was carnival with dunman, ijtp, pasir ris crest and cedar. half the time i was umpire-ing and the other half of the time i was playing. umpiring was sucky. me and shaina both didn't know how to umpire, so we just randomly blew the whistle! there was once, the ball went out. i was like, SHIT cause i wasn't looking. and everyone started asking me who hit out the ball. i was like, "uhm, raffles." so dunman took the ball, but the girl didn't know whether it was in the goal or centre third and she asked me. so i was like, "uhm.. centre third." after that she asked me again or something and i told her a different thing. it was so malu!! after that i was umpiring again and the ball was in the goal circle. shaina was playing GK and there was this tall GS. when the GS jumped for the ball, shaina jumped too! and the ball got hit out. i didn't know if shaina intercepted the ball or the girl hit it out! so i just said "RAFFLES' BALL" and the girl gave me a weird look. AHH. one thing i learn from umpiring is: EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT SURE, PRETEND THAT YOU ARE. hahahah. the other part was even funnier. when sihui was umpiring, there was a girl who held the ball for more than 3 seconds. so sihui blew the whistle and everyone was looking at her to see what foul it was. sihui was like, "uhm, hold the ball too long, LONG BALL!" everyone was like HUH. then i suddenly remembered what the foul was called! i was like, "HELDBALL!!" and elaine told sihui to UMPIRE PROPERLY LAH.
hahahah anyway the food was nice. the
brownies rocked! and beihan's fruit salad with peanut butter. after carnival, we saw debby and cheryl. debby got her new crumpler and i'm sponsoring
twenty bucks(: debby's gonna give me twenty bucks for my birthday too. went for lunch with debby cheryl sining chengchia. we ate the taiwanese street snacks thing.C H I C K E N! ooh
lovely. shared lemonade with sining. then i went home!
piano exam tmr. PRACTICE TIME!
